Founded in 1971, the Cumberland-Lincoln Community Chorus includes singers from Rhode Island and SE Massachusetts, of all ages and from all musical backgrounds. We perform an average of 15 concerts a year, including a series of community outreach concerts at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, churches & community events. The highlight of our year is our annual staged musical production held each Spring. The repertoire we perform ranges from classical to contemporary – with a fun mix of everything in between! We take great pride in presenting some quite challenging musical pieces together with more popular selections. CLCC also sponsors a Teen Apprentice program and awards a $500 scholarship every Spring.
We accept new members at our first two rehearsals each season, in January and September. All voices are welcome, and no audition is required. For more info call 401-305-5972.
The Chorus is led by an Executive Board elected by the general adult membership. Our various committees keep the Chorus running smoothly and efficiently. All are welcome to participate in any committee activity.

Ensemble CLCC’s Ensemble is an auditioned subgroup of the Chorus and draws members who enjoy singing music which is a little more challenging. All adult chorus members are eligible to audition for the Ensemble at the beginning of each season.
