William M. Jones is completing his second year as Director of CLCC. Dr. Jones is a recently retired Professor of Music and Elementary Education at Rhode Island College, where he taught applied voice, music education, and American popular music. He is a reviewer for the Council on Research in Music Education, and his research interests include popular music and music education assessment.
