Integral to our mission to enrich the educational life of our communities is our Apprentice program. Each January, Middle and High School students between 13-18 years of age audition for this prestigious program. Students are accepted from any school in Rhode Island or SE Massachusetts and do not pay member dues. We look for enthusiastic, talented teens who love to sing and perform…and have fun! Again this season we are happy to have Celeste Labonte as our Apprentice Director!
At the conclusion of our June production, we award a $500.00 scholarship to a deserving, graduating Apprentice to further their study in education. Thus far, we have awarded $11,500.00 in scholarships.
